Addressed Delivery

We offer free delivery to all USA states excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO. Orders will be shipped to the address provided within the United States.

Delivery is made by FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL.

If you are concerned that your delivery is taking longer than expected, please write to us at support@filteredwaters.com, and we will find out the reason for the delay.

International Shipping

We regret to inform you that international shipping services are not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 days (Monday to Sunday) for an order confirmed before 12 PM EST.

Occasionally, tracking information may not be accessible due to technical issues with the tracking application. Damages

If you receive damaged items, we're here to assist you. Please ensure to take photographs of all damaged goods and promptly email them to our customer support team at support@filteredwaters.com. This enables us to notify our warehouse of the issue and facilitate a replacement for you. Please note that we are unable to offer a replacement or refund without appropriate documentation. If you've received a damaged product, kindly take pictures and get in touch with our customer service team. Please await further instructions and refrain from discarding the product until you've received a response from us.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
Returning goods is completely free. Return costs are borne by the seller "Filtered Waters"

If your return is accepted, Obtain Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. We offer addressed delivery services to various destinations within the Continental United States Only - Excludes Alaska, Micronesia, Hawaii, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific.
We process the order before shipping within 0-1 business days.

Free shipping

Standard Shipping (free): Delivery within 3-4 business days.
Continental United States Only - Excludes Alaska, Micronesia, Hawaii, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific.
Free Shipping orders must be placed by 12PM CST Monday- Friday to be shipped the same day.
Estimated Delivery in 3 - 4 Business Days - including P.O. boxes.
The delivery date is calculated according to the following formula - (order processing date (0-1 business days) + order transportation date (3-4 business days))

Order Confirmation:Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive an Order Confirmation email containing a comprehensive overview of your order, along with shipping and billing particulars.

Delivery:
Upon shipment of your order, an email titled "Shipping Confirmation" will reach you. This email encompasses detailed information about the items enclosed in the package, a tracking number, and a hyperlink to the shipping company's website.


Please be aware that the shipping company might take some time to update the shipment status, and the tracking link might not be instantly functional. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you'll receive an email notification.

Should your package not arrive, we request that you reach out to us within 30 days of your order date. Our customer service representative will attend to your query within 24 hours. Please be mindful that overdue requests may not be accommodated.
