Damages

Return Conditions

To return an item, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse to return any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, items on sale are not returnable. This exception may not apply to you unless authorized by applicable law.

Return of goods

We are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning Goods to us. You must send the Goods to the following return address:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and tracked postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of return shipment.

Returning goods is completely free. Return costs are borne by the seller "Filtered Waters".

Returns Procedure

Refund Policy

In the email, you must include your order number, SKU code, and the reason for the return.

Then wait for a response from a customer service representative.

You will be prompted to return the item to the return address and receive a prepaid return label if your situation meets all return conditions.

If the item does not meet the return conditions, you will not be able to request a refund.

Once the item has been received in stock, it will be thoroughly inspected by a warehouse employee.
